Most residential garages are a two- to three-day job: grinding and repairs the first day, base coat and flake broadcast the second, topcoat the third. Foot traffic is typically the next day and vehicles wait 48 to 72 hours. We don't do one-day installs.

We diamond grind, never acid etch. Grinding opens the concrete to the profile the coating needs to bond. Acid etching is faster and cheaper, and it's why a lot of garage floors peel in year two.

Not if the prep is right. We diamond grind and moisture-test every slab, and we finish garages with a polyaspartic topcoat chosen for hot tire pickup, oil and UV. Every install carries a written 10-year warranty against peeling and discoloration.

Yes. Outdoor slabs get UV-stable materials sized to their sun exposure, and slip resistance is built into the system. On some driveways and patios a stain and sealer is the better answer than a coating, and we'll tell you that at the walkthrough.

Flake floors have natural grip from the texture. Quartz is the most slip-resistant system we install, and we can add a slip-resistant additive to the topcoat for kitchens, entries, pool decks and anywhere that gets wet.

Yes. Nights, weekends and holiday shutdowns are normal for us, not a surcharge, and fast-cure systems can put a floor back in service the next day. We carry $1M/$2M general liability and can add you as additional insured.
