Interior Floor Coatings for Homes & Shops

Living areas, workshops, home gyms and laundry rooms. Seamless floors that clean up fast and hold up to daily life, installed inside a home people actually live in.

Why interior floors are a different job

Something is already on the slab

Most interior concrete is under tile, carpet, laminate or glue. All of it has to come up, and the adhesive residue has to be ground off completely before any coating will bond.

Slab moisture comes up from below

North Texas homes sit on slab on grade with no basement between the dirt and your floor. We test moisture before we quote a system, because vapor pushing up is what lifts coatings indoors.

People live here

Dust, odor and access matter more inside than in a garage. We grind with dust extraction, plan the work room by room, and tell you up front how long each area stays off limits.

It has to look like a finished room

Inside, the floor is part of the design. Color, sheen and texture get chosen with your walls, cabinets and lighting in mind, not just durability.

What we do about it

We start by pulling up the existing flooring and testing the slab for moisture. Then we diamond grind down to clean, bare concrete, repair cracks and old tack strip holes, and build the system that fits the room. Finished floors are seamless, easy to mop, pet and kid friendly, and backed by our 10 year written workmanship warranty.

Choosing your system

Showpiece rooms

Metallic Epoxy: flowing, one of a kind color and depth for living areas, game rooms and entertaining spaces.

Also consider

Polished Concrete: a clean, modern satin look that uses the slab itself, with very little upkeep.

Also consider

Flake Epoxy: textured and forgiving for workshops, home gyms, laundry and mudrooms.

Also consider

Concrete Stain: rich, natural color tones under a protective sealer.

Common questions

Can you coat over my existing tile or vinyl?

No. Coatings need to bond to bare concrete. We remove the existing flooring and grind off all adhesive first, which is a big part of why our floors don't peel.

Will the house smell during the install?

There is some odor while coatings cure. We ventilate the work area, and we'll walk you through which rooms to avoid and for how long before we start.

Is it slippery?

Not with the right finish. We can add a slip resistant texture to the topcoat, which we recommend for kitchens, entries and anywhere that gets wet.

Do I need to move my furniture?

The room needs to be empty while we work. We plan the job in sections so you can keep living in the rest of the house.
