Dallas · DFW Metroplex
The same crews, the same prep standard, and the same 10-year warranty we run on the Fort Worth side.

Same North Texas ground, but the building stock is different, and that changes the work.
Dallas sits on the same expansive soil as the rest of the metroplex. Slabs shift seasonally and hairline cracks come with the territory. We address them as repair line items instead of skimming resin over the top.
Lakewood, the M Streets, Oak Cliff and Preston Hollow have garages and patios that have been through several owners and sometimes several coatings. Whatever is down there has to come off before we start — we won't warranty our work on top of someone else's prep.
Dallas brings more retail, restaurant and warehouse work than the residential-heavy west side. That usually means polished concrete or a quartz system rather than a residential flake floor.
A lot of Dallas commercial work has to happen without closing the doors. We phase by section and run nights and weekends so the space keeps operating.
A large share of the Dallas calls we get are second attempts — a floor that peeled, bubbled or lifted within a couple of years of being installed by someone else.
That almost always traces back to one of two things: an acid etch instead of a diamond grind, or a slab that was never moisture tested. Both are prep failures, and recoating over them just buys the same result again. We diagnose the cause before we quote the fix, and sometimes the honest answer is that the old system has to come off entirely.

Each of these pages explains what the system does well, and where we won't put it.
Where we cover. Dallas and the surrounding metroplex — Irving, Grand Prairie, Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, Arlington, Duncanville, DeSoto, Cedar Hill and Midlothian. If you're outside that, call and ask — we'd rather tell you honestly than waste your time.
Usually, but we diagnose the cause first. Peeling is almost always a prep failure — an acid etch instead of a grind, or untested moisture. Recoating over a bad bond just repeats the failure.
Yes. We phase by section and work nights, weekends and shutdown windows. Details are on the commercial page.
Yes — one walkthrough per site, line-item bids, and installs phased around each location's hours, with one point of contact for all of it.
General liability at $1M/$2M, with certificates and additional insured language provided before we mobilize.
Tell us the space and the square footage and we'll get you scheduled for a walkthrough.
